Shirodhara is a powerful treatment to relieve VATA in the mind, which is the main cause of stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue and other psychological disorder. As the oil is poured on the forehead, the nervous system is deeply stilled and the brain waves slow down. This can coherently improve brain function, stabilize moods and release stress.
