dolly624February 9, 2020エッグキャビアを食べに2回目の訪問。さすがシグネチャー、火加減とバランスが絶妙。フレンチでは種で使われることが多いコリアンダーの葉の部分が甘鯛に使われたり、組み合わせが面白い。料理、器だけでなくサービスが素晴らしい。
