- Mrfantastic8000January 1, 2019Cool venue. Get there early for best seats. Excellent comedians and atmosphere is very festive... perfect for a night of laughs. Good location. Drinks are average pricy like most places downtown.
- Sign up for the email list - Insiders typically get free tickets about once a month. Also, the month of your bday you get 4 free tickets to a Wed or Thurs non-special event show.
- Julia HaysAugust 7, 2011Helium is fantastic. It's a small, intimate venue, which is a great way to see your favorite comedians. I've already been to 3 shows since I "discovered" the club was there & can't wait to go to more!
- Debbie BaileyMarch 11, 2013Purchased Reserved Seat, sat right in front of the stage. All three comedians were great. Only bad thing is they don't serve Miller Lite! Would def go again!
- Greg MaughanSeptember 7, 2014Everyone talks up the big name headliners they get here, but you can honestly go any night and the local hosts and features they have are incredible comics.
- Ashley BoyerJanuary 25, 2013Go here for their Open Mic nights and hear local comedians hone their craft on Tuesday nights!
- HeatherJune 13, 2012Great laughs and venue! Grab HH drinks at Devils Alley before hand.. $2 lagers, half price apps.. perfect before the show!
- Great intimate place to see comedy. Always great acts.
- Good food, a little pricey, but the Comedy can't be beat. Great comedians in an intimate setting!
- ZackJuly 21, 2010Tuesday nights there is an open mic comedy showcase. Its friendly to newcomers and good way to meet other comedians. Sign up between 6 and 7, list is out at 730. Come. Laugh.
- Try and go to the late shows if you can. They are usually wilder. Also, try the dirty dozen show Saturdays at midnite!
- Robin JSeptember 18, 2010Went here on a Wednesday night with 'complimentary passes' that weren't effective on that particular Wednesday night for whatever reason. 2 Drink minimum :-( Still an awesomely funny show!
- Krista RSeptember 6, 2011Drinks are pricey but delicious. Small intimate club with a great view from all angles. Sucks when the A.C. is broken though..
- Kristin ZJune 15, 2011had a great time saw Christian finnigan it was very funny. Drinks are over priced though it is in center city so to be expected
- Angelica DelgadoJanuary 11, 20142 minimum purchase with purchase of ticket .... Hmmm kinda of pricey
- David BouchardNovember 25, 2015The food sucks, but you're coming here for that. Christopher Titus was pretty good.
- steve weisOctober 24, 2010Great place but can get pricey with "2 item minimum".. Items are way overpriced... cheapest beer is 6.50 Coors Light Bottle. Student ID can get you $5 off tickets.
- Elizabeth HillmanNovember 30, 2009Definitely try out their Tuesday night events if you are new to comedy shows, they will get you hooked!
- Philly Improv TheaterSeptember 6, 2014Philly's top flight national act stand-up club. Join their VIP and you'll get lots of offers to get in FREE for shows. Their late shows also feature awesome local comics.
- Go to open mic night on Tuesdays from 8-10pm. It's free to enter and you get to see 20 comics!
- Drink, don't eat. Worst mac and cheese ever. Shows are always great though!
- KristinaSeptember 13, 2013Don't go here with dietary needs, no $ or if you don't drink. Rule of the room is a 2 purchase minimum. Extremely pricey & bar is way too dark. I will not be going back.
- Beth BogaertJuly 18, 201312 bucks for 4 shrimp and a half cup of rice? Seriously?! Great show, but the food is a joke.
