Kendra was an awesome bartender tonight. Even though the place was packed, my date and I were seen in a prompt fashion and were excellently taken care of. The ambiance was awesome, the band was great
This place gets packed quickly, but its worth it if you like establishments with a grown, mature crowd. The clientele is somewhat saddity but the food is great!
I had the seared scallop appetizer. Yummy! It includes a similarly seasoned shrimp on top of a fried gritcake. That was tasty! I don't like grits but that thing was a cheese-filled (2 kinds) treat!
The jambalaya penne pasta was off the chain. Nice size shrimps. Great jazz. Drinks were high, but its worth at least stoppin through for a minute to check it out. Read more
Dear MGMT making the gentlemen turn there hats around is STUPID! I mean I've heard of having to remove your hats ( which is also dumb) altogether but why govern th direction it's turned in???
Food is good bit the servers could use some white glove service training. Just a bit like clearing appetizer plates before serving the entree so we don't have to hold dirty plates ourselves.
The service was horrible, and the food was worse! I had to send my food back because it was cold that’s after it took 45 minutes to get it in the first place.
On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are pretty good nights at Half Note, but on Wednesday nights they have an older crowd around 50 and older for hand dancing and ball room-like dancing...
Nice music great atmosphere but drinks are over priced .. $16 for a Tokyo tea that was absolutly horrible and management refused to talk to me and I paid for something I didn't drink
