James GilmerOctober 24, 2013I am at the Embassy Suites in Fort Worth and I have had my stays at hotels, but the woman ( Darby) who checked me in was the best I ever experiences. She was nice and took care of everything.
Amazing staff! Jesse and Lara at the front desk and Ashlyn the Starbucks manager are fab! Wonderfully friendly and helpful, true Southern hospitality. Valet parking is expensive and the only option...- Go to the social at 5:30, free drinks and snacks. Staff here is very friendly and nice clean rooms.

The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The managers reception is a good way to lubricate before a night on Sundance Square.

All you can eat breakfast 0630-0930 & free drinks/dinner 1730-1930- Loved this hotel, except we never received housekeeping service! We left for hours at a time to return to a messy room. Very frustrating. Valets are great but seem understaffed at busy times.

Highly recommend the rooms with the conference table. Excellent customer service, but don't ask the valets for directions.

Bring your own drinking water as water tastes like seafood/fish/gross. That includes the ice.
