- Brandon TJune 9, 2013The original restaurant is located in Greenville, Mississippi. While a franchise location, still some of the best steaks! Try the tamales and if you feel bold get the porterhouse. Yum.
- Ben RaglandMarch 15, 2017Got a 1.5lb porterhouse steak. Worth every penny. Cooked perfectly and not too salty. Customer service is great.
- D. D.October 26, 2017T bone cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere. Overall food was great. Going back, for sure.
- Utah CoxMay 21, 2013Great steaks, best in Baton Rouge, I love the porterhouse the most. All other entries are amazing, tamales, shrimp, gumbo and others.
- Latham BrunsonJuly 19, 2013The tamales were good. The ribeye steak was the best I've ever tasted. The other steaks were very good, but the ribeye was a whole different level.
- Order a 2-whiskey 'Bite and Booze' from George. Named after local celebrity Chef, Jay Ducote. Sweet, but with a bite.
- Besides having the best steaks in town, they have a great wine list, including my fave La Crema!
- Kristina CurryDecember 22, 2011So delicious! I enjoy the steaks here a lot, plus the drop biscuits are awesome! Great prices and friendly staff.
- Carrie SchultzSeptember 25, 2011If you're not a steak eater, the macaroni and mushrooms are pretty good. Could even mix them together! :)
- Tiny MaloneFebruary 13, 2011Clearly the very best Steak in all of South Louisiana. The Tamales are usually served wet. And they are off the chain!!
- All steaks are great, but I like the bone in ribeye or porterhouse myself. And try the tamales.
- Joao CasarottiDecember 29, 2014The food is simply amazing, but the service was terrible: it took 1.5 hs to get our food..
- Mendi LeBlancApril 28, 2010Did this...but share the steak like as they suggest. The 1.5 lb would have been plenty for two.
