They didn't put rocoto (peruvian spicy chilli) and made the big mistake of using coriander in all plates (very british actually)...I admit I enjoyed the plates but it was something not authentic.

All the ceviche dishes were pretty outstanding. Grills and meats are good too! The quinoa salad was meh.

Sofia del. Mar Punch is fab! Cocktails are a MUST at Ceviche. Miguel at the bar is amazing :)

Look in the back of the restaurant for infused piscos. Ceviche is a must, but very small portions

If you do nothing else, order the Alianza Lima. The rocoto chilli tiger's milk is spice broth heaven.

ceviche recipe should include lemon/lime with fish blended making a creamy juice to accompany the fish slices.

Original dishes and the tapas concept is actually not so bad. Two plates are indeed enough. Mandatory Pisco, Sour preferably. Music is too loud unfortunately. Small tables.

Fish was not fresh in the Ceviche. Bar tables are super uncomfortable to eat at (facing away from the kitchen) due to super high stools. Great place for drinks but otherwise nothing special.
