Good quality place, indeed. Hostess was very welcoming and accommodating. Staff is definitely top notch. Tried meatloaf and it lived up to it’s fame. Would add a tad more greens. Thumbs up anyway!
Cost little spot that is beer and wine only. If you're looking for some fried chicken & meatloaf this is a great place to get it. The lamb spam was a really interesting surprise.
Appetizer: The farro (larger couscous-like grain) with slow egg and crostini is a savory delight. Great for one (if filling). Might request more crostini when sharing.
The mac n cheese is so good the recipe hasn't changed in 13 years. It includes Tabasco, nutmeg, dry mustard, a little worcestershire, and a firm Spanish drunken goat cheese, called Murcia al Vino. Read more
