A note about our cuisine...we call our cuisine "fresh island style," since, like the people of our island, we combine the foods of east and west, and create a unique new blend of these flavors. Similar to a key lime pie, but richer and more like a cheesecake. The crust is granola, coconut and madadamia nuts, and we're growing organic limes for this pie right here in town!

White Chocolate Passion Fruit Cheesecake
Bamboo is the largest consumer of passion fruit, or "lilikoi," in the state of hawaii! This is one reason why: creamy white chocolate and lilikoi in an old fashioned shortbread cookie crust, then drizzled with lilikoi.
