Ok...this is it. Our "broke da mouth" ribs, grilled with homemade roasted pineapple barbecue sauce. A full rack - and we mean a rack! Also a half rack or a petite portion.

A crispy, light coconut crust on the fresh fish of the day, served with your choice of potatoes or rice, drizzled with our sweet chili aioli and served with the fresh green vegetable of the day. Available in full or half portions.
Artichoke Lemon Cream
Plump artichoke hearts in a tangy cream sauce accented with lemon and fresh parsley. Topped with capers and served with crispy goat cheese polenta and the fresh vegetable of the day.
Hawaii Thai
Herb grilled and basted with a bouqet of Thai flavors: coconut milk, ginger, and sweet chili, then textured with fresh bean sprouts, cilantro, and peanuts.
Crispy Polenta
A crispy goat cheese polenta, laid atop a bed of organic greens.... your fish is then lightly grilled and finished with our lilikoi mustard sauce.

A note about our cuisine...we call our cuisine "fresh island style," since, like the people of our island, we combine the foods of east and west, and create a unique new blend of these flavors. We make every effort to bring you the freshest foods available by supporting local farmers and families as they bring us their fresh fish, fruits and vegetables each day. We grow flowers and herbs in our own organic garden overlooking the sea. As we celebrate our seventeenth year, we say "mahalo" to you all and we genuinely hope you enjoy your bamboo taste of hawaii!

We won the kona coffee festival with this one! Creamy and crunchy at the same time, light cappuccino swirled with mocha on a chocolate, caramel, and macadamia nut crust.
Kohala Lime Pie
Similar to a key lime pie, but richer and more like a cheesecake. The crust is granola, coconut and madadamia nuts, and we're growing organic limes for this pie right here in town!
Bamboo Brulee
It's a different flavor every day but it will have a crispy caramelized top that you'll have to "break through" to find the creamy flavor!

White Chocolate Passion Fruit Cheesecake
Bamboo is the largest consumer of passion fruit, or "lilikoi," in the state of hawaii! This is one reason why: creamy white chocolate and lilikoi in an old fashioned shortbread cookie crust, then drizzled with lilikoi.
Belgian Chocolate Mousse Torte
Chocolate lovers alert! This is it. Dark, rich, melt in your mouth, don't want to share it, chocolate mousse, so thick it's a torte because we couldn't get it in a bowl!
