JGold recommends "al tang" (hot pot w/ mushrooms, herbs, cod roe), "al bap" (seasoned rice w/ roe, omelet, eel), and "hwe dup bap" (slivers of raw fish w/ greens, pickles, rice).

Gigantic Hwe-dup-bap. Good fresh sashimi and sushi. Try the uni in shell (not always available)
