Stunning place.Unfortunately the service is poor and disorganised. On two separate occasions, they brought wrong orders after long waits, e.g. Yesterday 45-minute wait for the wrong bottle of wine.

Overrated, only great for the view. Food served was cold, order poached eggs n came as poached eggs with cooked yolk! Food tastes ok-ish only. Servers weren't attentive at all either.

Aqua Shard for drinks only. Awful service. Waited 30" before we gave our order. Could've been longer if we didn't flag down another waitress for help. 20 more minutes until we got our drinks.
