Book at least 2 weeks in advance. Went for breakfast and had the most glorious fruit plate (enormous) with yogurt and a pot of tea for a very reasonable price. Great for business meetings.
What a place to enjoy an early breakfast meeting, the food and drinks on offer were amazing but the view is outstanding. Try the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and fritters, beautiful x
The view is amazing but it is hard to find a table next to window at the bar. It is also expensive but you can go for a drink because it is worth to see the view 🙌🏼
The breakfast was really fantastic - £29 for great food and really awesome views (great deal, cheaper than observatory deck)... made reservations, but not needed as it was empty at 9a on a weekday!!!
Lovely food, great views, cocktails are amazing! try to aim to get here for sunset to see how the city comes to life once the sun goes down. a little pricey but well worth it.
Amazing view & great food. The steak was amazing & the vanillacheesecake is to die for. The dinner service was good as our waiter, Mo was such a charmer & know the exact etiquette for fine dining.
Really priceycocktails but worth it due to the amazing views. I totally recomend the off the menuAperol Spritz (they make it with Veuve Cliquot champagne rather than proseco!!!!).
Excellent service. Very friendly. Accommodated the kids well. Spacious. Of course great views. But most importantly. Great food. The lamb saddle was delicious as was the mash which is always on.
The view is amazing. The filet steak was really good as well but the service was not as expected in such a fine diningrestaurant. Our drinks came after the dinner after several reminders.
A waiter broke a vodka bottle on my feet and cut me - I almost had to beg for a plaster and needless to say the suggestion of a free drink in compensation came from me. Amazing views though.
The food and view here are the best qualities. They have an extensive Gin menu for those who are really into Gin. Service is slow and it gets crowded really quick in rush hours.
Dress code is smart casual but make sure you don't wear trainers or you'll get turned away. Queues on a Friday evening. Great views and interesting cocktail menu. Cocktails start at around £15.
The Aqua Shard has a great view and a really nice atmosphere and gives a touch of glam. It's great to come for a glass of wine and be flashed by the great view.
It's scenic, great views of London, better than those from the Heron Tower which in some way competes for the best high rise view of the city. Tries to be posh, but doesn't get there, very expensive!
Table by the floor to ceiling windows looking over the Thames and a Peter Pan themed afternoon tea. Food great, perhaps a little on the sweet side and service good but felt a little too scripted.
I only had a cocktail before having dinner at Hutong. The cocktail was very good and lovely presented. An Italian waitress was incredibly friendly and helped with her positive energy.
Attended a private business dinner T Aqua Shard (31st floor) of the Shard. Breathtaking views all around and higher up might be even better. Food was good and many were there for drinks on a tue eve.
The number one go-to for a post work drink. A choice of interesting cocktails whilst overlooking London. Be sure to try one of the tea inspired martinis.
Serving Modern British food and a destination for crafted cocktails. With personalised service and good quality food accompanying with the breathtaking view of London.
Beautiful view, worth getting a table next to the window. Relaxed atmosphere, great (and strong!!) cocktails. Guys, don't wear trainers as you won't get in
A mixture of vanilla vodka, apricotbrandy, chocolatewine, apricot jam, the Battenburg Martini is nothing short of delicious. http://barchick.com/find-a-bar/london/aqua-and-hutong-at-the-shard
Opted for the set brunch - Lobster Benedict was a treat but the Sunday Roast was worse than the local pub and the cocktail sickly - go to Duck & Waffle instead if it's views you're after
If you're lucky, you find a table next to the window and pay for the view. If you're not, you pay a lot for very small dishes. It's so big, so noisy and so dark. Anything but exceptional.
Shadow of the Shard-great view, great atmosphere, prices reasonable, food ok but would be better if the chef wasn't over inventive. Good ingredients prepared simply is best.
They actually reach for the well! Make sure you specify because you will most likely end up with an irish barcocktail, but one with at least a good foundation.
If you'll spend time at the bar, try and get in line to order your drinks early even if the rest of your party hasn't arrived. The bar may have hight on its side, but definitely not speed.
Aqua Shard, located on level 31 of The Shard, serves innovative contemporary British cuisine and boasts breathtaking views from its restaurant, private dining rooms and spectacular three-storey high atrium bar.
