A popular street food, Pho originated in the early 20th- century in Vietnam, and reigns as the country’s National dish. It is considered, by many to be one of the World's most delicious foods. Our Pho consists of a perfect broth made of beef bone with marrow and tendon, brisket and beef shin simmered with Vietnamese spices for 24 hours; fresh produce from our local markets; served with rice noodle, tripe, beef ball, tendon, bean sprout, basil, onion, cilantro, and jalapenos.

Bánh Mì fuses Vietnamese tastes with a French staple, the French baguette, creating a renowned sandwich. Our Bánh Mìs are made with Brooklyn-baked baguettes, your choice of protein prepared with Vietnamese spices, pâté, mayo, pickled carrots and daikon; topped with cilantro, cucumber and black pepper corn.
