Security needs sorting here, it's not coordinated. Sometimes you queue for ages to stand in a tiny cramped room for ages before you board your flight!

Joni DuranDecember 6, 2010Flying home to a non eu destination? Visit customs in departure hall 2 before check-in to get your purchase receipts stamped. Then drop off receipts at service wings to get a refund of your 19% vat :)

Put your kites in a nat smaller than 165 cm and you don't have to pay extra. See you on the water.
Tax free office is the slowest in the world. It seems that they are giving you their own money. Make sure you have enough time before flight
They make u go through a second security check at some gates so forget buying water etc.. For the plane, no signs anywhere to warn you.

Pass by Starbucks, they will just rip you off. Prices are very steep and increasing. Doesn't offer the authentic Starbucks taste&experience.
