Water fountains closed to every toilet (to me a great thing cause bottle water is quite pricy)
Not a child friendly airport. I find that an airport should provide strollers for children and a paying area after you pasted the customs.
KLM ground operations management is not good - they get completely lost in a situation that can happen for every flight, go back to school!
Why is Privium open fron 5:00 hrs.......#fail #schiphol. And regular security is more unfriendly and bureaucrtic than the NSA. Time for a training with Disneyworld staff!!!!

To get a tax refund, you must secure a customs stamp first. Unfortunately, you need to show the purchased goods. No goods, no stamp.
