- Jim SteeleDecember 29, 2011Ask for a map or ask for directons ALOT or you will be lost in the maze of hallways. offices are moving around alot also out of the last 4 appointments I had in the same department, 4 different place
- NNMC was great, until Walter Reed came in and screwed everything up. Make sure to give yourself twice as much time to park. And get to appts early b/c of all the trainees in the clinics.
- Sarah FuhrmannApril 4, 2013Absolutely amazing, humbling things happening for wounded warriors here. If you're at the MATC make sure you check out Coach Patrick Johnson for indoor rowing.
- Reservists, and their families who have TRICARE Reserve Select are treated like crap here. Almost as if third class, and family members aren't even given appointments depending on who you talk to.

- This is BY FAR the most amazing facility for Wounded Warriors! The staff & volunteers are friendly &provide top notch care for the patients. On top of that, the volunteers are the best!!!!
- They have a new parking system in place with all new tags and even more specifics on where you can park... If you thought it was confusing before....
- Ben & Jerry's vending machine at main entrance. Boom! What now Haagen Dazs?
- Stan HarmonApril 29, 2013The Outpatient parking garage is at half capacity due to construction. Watch for the "traffic lights" managing opposite-direction traffic at the ramps.
- Walter Reed was great until we joined forces with the dumb unorganized Navy. Look we don't want your jobs, we just want to do patient care and be on our way! Navy has no respect.

- Ben HNovember 24, 2010Make sure you park in the right lots, have all your required stickers and tags, and obey all traffic laws. Fines are hefty.
- The folks at the front desk are great, even if you're late.
- The temporary NEX is extremely limited in products for sale. If you want to purchase clothing or hygiene products, you have to go off base.
- Don't park on the top floors of arrow head garage until construction is over
- Get here super early for parking or prepare to be late for work/appointments.
- Expect a parking ticket if you are here for more than 24 hours, no matter where you park
- Don't even try to park in the American lot today, we've been trying to park for over a half hour, only got to the second level and bad to turn around & leave
- Go early because finding a parking spot will take a while.
- Gas station is set to close from March 19-April 6,2012 for renovation. Jones Bridge road gate is sure to be affected.
- Beware parking, hardly anywhere to park. They hand out parking tickets like crazy
- Madeleine PoissonAugust 8, 2011Loud and takes forever to get your prescription filled. Plus, you practically need a map to find where to go in that place! Find a civilian doctor if you can.
- If you are active duty or a military dependent you can access base ammenities, otherwise it is off limits
- Barbershop needs some work, $9.00 and they dump hair all over you.
