- Sawat's the bomb. Make sure u pick a private trainer u can understand & connect with. Don't be afraid to "shop around" during class time.
- The staff is amazing. The food is good and gym is also good but don't buy accommodation from them if you want a little bit more than just the basic.
- Erica NavageJanuary 15, 2015The most popular place to train in chalong. Loads of class options and wonderful staff. Good place to start out training.
- Alexander RazmochaevJune 27, 2017If you don't have previous fitness or fighting experience, I'd not recommend to buy All-in-one package: just buy crossfit-only, or Muay Thai only packages. It would be just enough for the first week.
- Celine ADecember 30, 2016One instructor to about 30-40 people in the group classes. Classes can get chaotic, but it's still fun.
- They clean room once a week and you get 2 towels per week and the pictures of the hotels are way to much pretty then the location really is
- If you want to get seriously healthy then come here. This place will make you into a machine. Is it perfect? No place is. But it is damn good.
- James OrrJuly 25, 2016One on one training is great value. Classes can be a bit busy. Both fitness and fighting.
- Ahmed El-GamalApril 18, 2013Never miss a Tuesday Buddha Run. Try to beat your record every week. It gets easier.
