- Mustafa K.November 13, 2023This is the best pub i have been to in Boston. Its is clean to begin with. Food and drinks were good, we shared a hotdog; fresh & cooked to perfection. We also had the house ale, Harpoon. I recommend.
- Beacon Hill pub style cheap with good selection of beers. Not an easy combination to find. Service is really good too.
- Jake SmithNovember 28, 2013Good food, great beer, awesome darts. You can buy nearly any song on their jukebox, so if you're dying to hear something rare, you can purchase it.
- Only beer and wine. They have a sole dartboard but also a great mix of townie and yuppie.
- BBC AMERICAFebruary 1, 2018The "friendliest neighborhood pub" on Charles Street. Throw some tunes on the juke and some darts at the board.
- Nick VarneyMay 8, 2016Great neighborhood dive bar. Staff were brilliant, the beer was cheap and the crowd chilled.
- Eric OAugust 24, 2014Great beer selection, fantastic clam chowder, phenomenal sandwiches, and very friendly staff.
- Zach RFebruary 1, 2016Awesome staff. Super friendly. Beer is expensive ($7.50 Guinness), but par for Boston.
- Lee AllenAugust 8, 2014Worth a visit to have their own Sevens beer on tap. Definitely a neighborhood bar.

- ECapAugust 5, 2012Nice waiter who may have been the owner? Fun atmosphere like an old pub. Chili was great and good prices.
- Kevin McAuleyNovember 15, 2013Great place, friendly staff, definitely a place to stop on a visit to Boston!
- Stefanie HawkesJuly 20, 2011Great little dive in Beacon Hill. Nice place for the neighborhood peeps to hang. Go for the beer, not really the food...
- BostonTweetAugust 15, 2010Beacon Hill's "upscale" dive bar with 1/2 price appetizers from 4 to 6pm (Sun-Fri) and the only bar in Boston that will serve Guinness in a pitcher
- A great neighborhood spot. Dark, cool, and without pretense.
- Curtis AntoineJanuary 9, 2012Try the beer-steamed knockwurst and wash it all down with a Harpoon Munich Dark.
- BostonTweetJune 5, 2010Sevens, at 77 Charles Street in Beacon Hill, has half priced appetizers from 4 to 6pm Sunday through Friday.
- Walker DieckmannAugust 3, 2010The Sevens is Boston's best-kept lunch secret. All their sandwiches are killer.
- The grilled cheese is best enjoyed on light rye. Pb&j prefers the whole wheat.
- Murat GonulAugust 18, 2019Average pub with inadequate service. Waiter just chatted away th her friends instead of helping us.
- Paige PellDecember 24, 2012Disappointing service and totally below average nachos and spinach dip. Loved this place until we got hungry.
- Do not order the French dip. Cold and way too much bread. Just stick to PBR.
