- MariaDecember 18, 2017The food here was good, had the crab spaghetti and my partner had the gnocchi. Yum! My little one polished the gnocchi off. They were kind enough to serve us a little earlier before opening time too.
- Delicious food in main restaurant, perfect for special occasions with good company. Must try the chicken drumsticks and slow cooked pork hock to share. Back bar serves coffee, breakfast + burgers.
- Fantastic fresh oyster and seafood. On the pricey end of the spectrum. Though it’s an experience from time to time to enjoy the heritage space with a relatively well executed food
- Jennifer EvansJune 18, 2015Very vibrant bar scene and the perfect spot to grab a drink on Friday nights. Love their burgers and the duck fat fries.
- JooLee KSeptember 23, 2019The Ceviche of Hiramasa Kingfish is a pure gastronomical genius... The combination of the French radish, green chilli and coriander is heavenly.
- Clare TaiDecember 30, 2012Good food - the hamburger was delicious with the brioche bun and tasty pattie. Also tried the Barratta and Beet Salad which was light and refreshing. Not much waiter service though...
- Rania AliJanuary 6, 2014Awesome place in every way.. The food is fantastic. The lamb shoulder is a must try..
- Stuart BradleyMarch 19, 2018Grab your morning coffee from the Parlour each morning. Great selection of coffee and brekkie.
- Priya RavishankarSeptember 11, 2016Veg food excellent here: get the charred eggplant, kabocha pumpkin salad, mushroom gnocchi and pickled beets side
- Chelsea PenneyNovember 27, 2013$1 oysters from 6-7 on Wednesdays. Add to that $5 drinks from 5-7 on weekdays and you've got yourself a great deal!
- Shruti RaiJuly 21, 2013If you're after a flavour fest, go for the Mushroom Gnocchi. It's not called Mushroom Orgy for nothing! It's all buttery goodness. The Ragu was a bit bland, but well cooked.
- Laura Mayer de GrootDecember 22, 2015Very good, fresh Oysters and a great burger. The music was very loud though
- Madina IsmayilbayliJune 24, 2013Loving the vibe. Food and cocktails are nice as well but not the best I have ever tried.
- Julie MOctober 18, 2012The Port Stephens rock oysters are amazing plus the duck salad is a good size and tasty for $24
- ShirpsJune 18, 2016Chicken lollipops were a bit dry and the sauce that came with it didn't quite work. Crab pasta was good but if you're looking for pasta, you're better off going to fratelli on bridge st.
- MichelleMarch 5, 2015I was a little disappointed this time. Had the set menu and it disappoints- oysters a must though
- Norberto GomesAugust 22, 2014Black widow burger isn't spicy at all. They served my burger and drinks before I could even get seat. I'll probably not come back for lunch time
- Amy ChowJanuary 28, 2015Food is very nice (oysters, pork hock, quinoa bean salad, egg and kale salad). Service leaves more to be desired with their attitude. They killed the mood for our table of 11. Terribly disappointed.
- Gxi DJ YsutdDecember 19, 2014After they messed up my whiskey sour twice (3th one was fine) and I ordered a BLACK coffee and got a latte, I decided never to go there again... it's expensive enough to expect them to get it right..
- Kate MckenzieApril 17, 2013Great for happy hour on a Friday. Decent wine. Skip the Caesar salad at lunch over priced and tiny serve.
- Take away coffee available in the mornings on the George St side
- Ben JaneczkoMarch 6, 2013Good food but beware additional charges. It costs $4 to get cheese added to your $20 burger. And don't expect the staff to warn you...
- Samuel PavinMarch 4, 2015Bar looks nice but the staff does not seem happy to see customers come in ... . Quite an unfriendly welcome
