- Benji KOctober 21, 2012Ask for a hard room key. We went through 14 keys in 2 days. They kept saying its because of our phones. Which is silly, but to appease, we kept them away from phones and other cards. Kept not working.
- In the Oceanview room, make sure to put your blinds down before bed cuz the sunrise will come right through the window in the morning
- Sammie BFebruary 27, 2011Recently went through a renovation. The place looks beautiful!! Spring for the Oceanview rooms. Well worth the money.
- Dave BeattyFebruary 11, 2013One of my favorite places to stay. Sad to see the boardwalk so beat up but they're making it right.
- David KernOctober 4, 2015One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Only option in the area so only stay there if you really really need to. From the smelly rooms to the rude management there is absolutely nothing good.
- Hotel looks awesome after the renovation! Oceanview room is the best. Wish I could stay more than 1 night!
- Classic in Asbury Park. While many parts of the hotel look to be modern, a lot of the hotel lacks the amenities that are expected from boutique hotels. Great beach hotel, not a great boutique hotel
- James ErbeJanuary 20, 2015Brothers wedding was here New Years Eve ... great venue ... and really cool hotel!
- Haven't stayed here in a long time. I enjoyed being the Mayor but had to resign due to other committments. Yea right, who cares? Came to the realization that it's all a bunch of no biggie. Good luck.
- Benji KOctober 21, 2012Prepare to think you're interrupting the front desk staff's private conversations anytime you go up there.
- Jennifer DwinallAugust 7, 2021Convenient location but overpriced. Feels like a tourist trap for Manhattan people. $45 per day for valet. $500+ per night rooms. No maid service. Wristbands to use the pool. Very loud hotel.
- Jason RudaJuly 27, 2015Nothing is good here but the size of the room. No parking. Unreliable Internet (even after paying for it). If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
- Megan KurtzAugust 15, 2012Coffee from convention hall befotee 7....cuz theres no makers in the rooms...thats the only bummer here
- Shawn MooreAugust 24, 2013Don't stay here. I get back to my room and my door is wide open. So obviously someone was in here but the hotel doesn't seem to think its a big deal. + they charge you $20 a day to park with a room
- Sara GlorisiAugust 18, 2012Beds are lumpy. Nice looking place but not worth what they charge. No mini fridge so don't buy a 12 pack like I did cause you will have no place to keep it cold. And 100 dollar pet fee. It's OK :)
- Melanie Bermudez-FelixNovember 28, 2010Free coffee in the morning in the lobby. For breakfast, hotel offers continental breakfast for $9. No hot items offered.
- Ian GrahamAugust 8, 2011Park a block or two away from the beach after carrying in luggage. No meters!
- all this money went into a remodel- (interior) and it's an absolute nightmare!u have a crappy staff- poor upkeep- non exsistant management at times-there's major water issues! HOTEL HELL!
- Phil KamJune 4, 2012Hotel guests do not get to park in parking lot unless you buy pass. No free WiFi either - not a way to run a top notch boutique hotel.
- Kerrie WenzlerFebruary 26, 2012The complimentary 'breakfast' is not worth the trip to the lobby. Go to Frank's Deli down the street.
- Gary MuSeptember 1, 2012Hotel hell.... No hot water and they kept telling us it will be back in 10 mins, but never have hot water.
- Lee SimpsonJuly 2, 2016Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms are kind of weird and well overdue an update.
