- Zoey ColeJanuary 9, 2013Runners, you can get a 5k'ish run in by hanging a right out the hotel and then turning right on Edmundson Rd. Follow that by snaking left and up until you hit St Charles Rock Rd. In and out = 3.4mi.Upvoted Sep 8
- Andrea HaakMay 14, 2017I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel!!! They did a really good job renovating it. 👍🏼👍🏼
- Lobby and the rooms to the west of the lobby are newer inside. East tower rooms are older but roomier. Great service. Good breakfast buffet.
- Miss JaneMarch 15, 2013Login to free lobby internet first then connect to wireless SAID in your room for no charges. But it's only good for 24hrs in it room. You have to go back down to the lobby for free login to reset.
- Gary GJuly 27, 2013Gotta go see Bruce at the Tavern..ask him to make you a "slightly ditry martini" NICE!!! Perfection!!
- Take the hotel shuttle to Metrolink station. Quickest way to go to the Arch. For other travel tips visit http://boardinggate101.com
- Typical 3 star hotel in the Middle-of-no-where, USA. You can still get a free breakfast/dinner if you're not elite status . Take an elevator to the 6th floor then stairs to the 9th. They don't check!
- Geoff Van DusenOctober 15, 2022I really dislike hotels that force you to purchase coffee from Starbucks. No brewer in room, no coffee in lobby.
- Samuel KluesnerAugust 6, 2011U can get Internet free if you access it from the main lobby first and then ull be able to acces from ur room.
- Newly renovated. Room service offers a grassfed steak and burger, available 11am - 11pm.
- Melissa RisteffApril 3, 2013Free shuttle to and from the airport. "Away from the elevators" request = sheesh they aren't screwing around.
- Bill GardnerFebruary 18, 2011The "French toast" made with egg beaters and crushed cornflakes is a great breakfast from the Fit menu.
- The ladies in the concierge lounge stop refilling the dinner food around 7 and PROMPTLY take it all down at 7:30. Dessert doesn't come out until 8. This schedule is written in stone!
- Michelle HannanJanuary 22, 2014Probably the worst marriott I ever been to. The room looks like something out of a holiday inn. I'm a gold elite member. What the hell do those without "elite" membership get?!?
- Beds are soooo uncomfortable, pillows too. No BravoTV. Staff is friendly and helpful but I'd prefer the Hilton instead.
- Wifi trick works! Simply login to free wifi in lobby and it works elsewhere. $12 a day for inter net is a rip!
- Christa CampbellAugust 1, 2013This place is all "I'm sorry that's the schedule" and "it's are policy" but these just don't work. Expect to wait for your airport to hotel shuttle for over 30 minutes.
- New workout equipment in the gym. Go on, get your fitness on!
- Kate PickeringDecember 10, 2012Had to wait 45 minutes in the cold to catch their shuttle at the airport that we were told runs every 20 minutes. The restaurant inside is over priced and the service is horrible.
- You can sometimes get away with opened toed shoes, but if security comes in, they will ask you to leave. = /
- This Marriot stinks. Avoid first floor rooms.
- Chris BaccusNovember 28, 2010Bring your own pillow. The beds are comfy but pillows are made of air - zero support.
- MarjieFebruary 16, 2013Terrible service at the restaurant. 20min later I just got my diet Pepsi. Waitress seems to be in no sort of hurry... Or feel apologetic about how crappy of a server she is.
- David DrenskiFebruary 13, 2013Don't wait for shuttle...does not run on schedule. Rooms are almost new York style tiny.would not recommend
- Chung-yee NgoOctober 5, 2016Do not stay here, this place is filthy. There were actual roaches in my room.
- Michael ConnickMarch 10, 2010Rooms are pretty small here, I prefer the Renaissance just down the road.
