- Harlem AmbassadorJune 4, 2013The menu is healthy and so are the prices! Juices, wraps and gourmet sodas. Very busy and it's a shame it lacks ample seating. A perfect respite from the casual beggars and bustle outside.
- My favs are the vegetarian, the pesto chicken sandwich, their fresh salad bowls and parfaits! Also love their freshly shaken iced tea and mochas! Best place in east harlem and they support community!!

- Try the turkey swiss cheese on french crusty baguette hot and melted! It is amazing! Add a hot apple cider (they have an organic one from breezy hill farms!!) And u r in heaven :)
- Really nice yoghurt parfait with low fat vanilla yoghurt, granola and raisins along with a nice cranberry scone from balthazar bakery!! :)
- Fabulous new salad and smoothie bar with so many healthy and yummy options!!! SpaHa Cafe rocks!!!

- Try a hot or cold chai latte w/ espresso shot and carrot soufflé!
- EvaMay 26, 2013I have yet to go in and NOT be charged the medium latte price for my small latte... Delicious goodies, but slow service and high prices.
- Soy chail latte and turkey bacon/egg/cheese on wholewheat croissant! Amazing!!
