- Erik CintronOctober 17, 2017This semi-hidden end of the street brewery. Was refreshing, felt very open and free. They have some greAt beers and street food. The second floor is for musicians on certain nights. Board games also!
- Valerie SApril 16, 2017Fun to spend an afternoon here with a group. Tasty beer selection to sample, lots of board games, and great music playing on vinyl-- plus a free tour.Upvoted Aug 9
- Scott InglesJanuary 27, 2017In a city full of great breweries, this one may be the best. A variety of top-notch rotating beers, great music, board games, and food. A must-go for any beer lover.
- Fernando LozadaJune 8, 2015Great beers nice place the best games I would highly recommend it the Jan beer is the best make sure u play cards against humanity great game.
- Viren KaulApril 25, 2019Great selection. Currently (April 2019, last week): loved the Kim Cranberry (sour), Terry Meets Julie. Just a heads up kitchen is closed on a Thursday. But I hear food is great too!!
- The Wall Street JournalJanuary 24, 2013On tap during a recent visit were the 19-33 Queens Lagrrr!, a pilsner style beer with a crisp taste, and the Dean Pacific Northwest Mahogany Ale, an amber ale with more complex flavor than the 19-33. Read more
- Mehan JayasuriyaJuly 15, 2015some of the best beer being made in NYC right now (excellent pale ales, lagers and a barrel-aged sour program) and an incredible space with outdoor seating yet somehow it's rarely crowded. where am i?
- Stijn HenricusAugust 10, 2014Games! They have games here :D It's also a nice calm atmosphere here for day drinking. But don't drink and drive. The Q101 stop is 5 minutes south. The Q100 and Q69 10-15 minute walk.
- loran jonakSeptember 7, 2015Great beers, plenty of parking available on street (at least on the weekends) and delicious bar foods - dogs, brats and flatbread pizza plus meat/cheese plates. Games too!
- Time Out New YorkJune 11, 2013SingleCut has already built a devoted following thanks to its inventive brews (with a focus on lagers). And happily, many of those beers are sessionable, making them perfect alfresco drinking. Read more
- Beer is outstanding. Food is good. Music is great. Employees are awesome. And there anniversary party's are amazing.
- If you live in Astoria, then there's no reason why you shouldn't buy a growler to take home. That way when you come back, beer is only $8. The 18Watt and the dark lager are insanely delicious. Nice.
- Diane Jean-MaryJune 12, 2016The Bonbon double IPA was one of the best beers I've had in a long time. Great brewery tucked away from the hustle and bustle of it all
- Spotted by Locals - city guides by localsAugust 15, 2015You will try many pints when you visit the incredible tap room that’s open Thursdays to Sunday Read more
- They have card games and well priced beer as well as good snacks. A great place to spend the afternoon.
- Thai curry chicken pie was awesome and wins the vote for best pie. But the beer outshines all. The BOB lagerrr was quite nice and buttery. Also, enjoy the wonderful bourbon barreled Rudy. Quite yummy.
- Dan SohaydaDecember 29, 2019Large tap room with many tables. Parking across the street in shopping center isn't technically for Singlecut but I won't tell. Cask beer may be at the bar & not on menu so look around to make sure
- Robbie ProvenzanoMarch 11, 2016A very unique venue with some of the best IPA's NYC has to offer. Definitely a solid spot for a good night out.
- Serious EatsApril 21, 2015Fantastic lager-focused brewery; worth visiting in person to try the beers as fresh as possible.
- Matt MesangAugust 31, 2017Music played via vinyl. Solid beers. Sours are top notch. Awesome employees. Jordan's super knowledgeable about the beers available
- David LynchAugust 15, 2016I went here before a Mets game hoping to find some awesome beers but I was surprised to find that their beers are nothing to write home about. Lot's of IPAs to choose from and only 1 is good.
- Everything's good here. For the best value, stick with 64oz 19-33 Lagrrr. You can spend big $$$ in this place. They use Square for their transactions = they are smart. Avoid the small glasses though.
- Leah ArrAugust 7, 2013I disagree that the pretzel is "stunningly" overpriced. It's quite good.& the honey mustard is the best I've had, not being a honey mustard fan. 19-33, Billy Full Stack, Jan, and Kim ftw.
- Awesome brewery with a great assortment of beer, had the full boots of lead stout today which was amazing
- Adam ThompsonMarch 30, 2013Get the beer and cheese pairing plate; these perfect combinations are a great way to experience some of the best SingleCut has to offer.
- Meghan LaMountainDecember 9, 2014A little out of the way, but super nice and clean brewery. Lots of beer options and super friendly staff.
- heather doughertyJune 2, 2017Great space to drink beers & good food options. Awesome options to take home.
- Brew YorkApril 2, 2012Coming late summer 2012, the first brewery in Queens in generations will offer a tasting room and performance space. Oh, and lots of delicious beer!
- Daniel WJune 3, 2016Love this brewery. Great people work here. Beer is amazingly good. Highly recommended!!!
- Brew YorkOctober 23, 2013Head straight to the source and enjoy fresh beer from Queens' largest brewery in the shadow of their barrels full of aging beer.
- Brendan LazarusMay 23, 2015So close to a real live strip mall. Watch people drive, park, and shop in the flesh.
- JJ JonesAugust 4, 2013$4 beers! Everything brewed in house! A walk from the train station but definitely well worth it!
- Small space but a good time. Usually have a rotating food station
- Great day drinking spot and solid beers. I look for them all around NYC.
- Greg BrunoJune 16, 2018SingleCut specializes in the DDH (double dry hopped) IPA / IIPA. Get one if you’re here.
- Daniel WSeptember 25, 2014The empanadas were fantastic, but small. I got the black bean and the macaroni empanadas. Beer is tasty too, obviously. Shirts are overpriced.
- Lori K. http://www.lkpheartsfood.netJune 23, 2015Great spot for a group (we came for a friend's wedding); nice drinks selection.
- SaritJanuary 5, 2013Bring your own growlers, if you have or buy one there,, to fill with hoppy amazingness! Also some cash (cc only over $20)
- Ryan EickApril 14, 2017This is an awesome spot, it's just so far out of the way. Otherwise I'd be here every day
- peter slavishFebruary 24, 2013All of their beers are fantastic, but the Billy Full-Stack and Rudy Rum-Barrel are both slam dunks.
- Richard BMarch 23, 2014Billy full stack IPA is a great substitute for west coasters missing Pliny the Elder.
