- Jineen CarcamoJanuary 18, 2018This place is my go-to for Indian takeout. Inside the restaurant space is a little tight and there’s nothing else going on, but who needs it when the food is so flavorful and delicious!
- Russell HirschornFebruary 9, 2016Very well priced and really good north indian food. App sampler, tikka, korma, kofta, two naan, two bottles of wine for 60 a couple with tax and tip! Service was awkward, dnt let them pour your wine
- Kimmie OhhSeptember 28, 2019They have a prix fixe that includes an appetizer, an entree, basmati rice & kheer (their set dessert - think desi rice pudding). Chicken tikka masala was flavorful. Chicken vindaloo is spicy!
- Liz FitzgibbonJanuary 17, 2017Seriously haven't had Indian food this good outside of Dubai (great Indian food everywhere) or India... Great value for NY ($15 for a 3 course meal). Get the Tikka spicy.
- Corey HarrisSeptember 1, 2014Prix Fix was fantastic. Lamb spring roll and chicken korma. Topped it off with an order of their garlic naan. Delicioso! One note, think twice about crab cakes. Our group didn't like them.
- AngelicaFebruary 21, 2013I forgot to take a picture of the Delicious main course! I rarely say this but the service and food couldn't have been better! You must try the lamb spring roll & chicken tikka! Perfection
- easily the best indian in astoria. have eaten in once and seamless'd 50 times easily. lamb korma, chicken tikka masala, veggie samosa. just great.
- The vindaloo is spicy. Not like, ‘oh boy the volcano wings at a sports bar’ spicy but like, truly friggin’ spicy. Be humble and get the regular chicken curry and go from there.
- Jarel HillMarch 5, 2022Solid Indian. Green chili chicken good but a lil too spicy for me. Tikka masala great. Garlic naan was also great
- Billy KeenlySeptember 15, 2015I'm a big fan of their lamb saag and samosas in particular, but pretty much everything I've tried has been great. The Biryani dishes are also excellent.
- Belle HuangMarch 8, 2015Great food and ridiculously low prices. The prix fixe is served all day including appetizer, entree and dessert for $14.95. Get the sampler platter and saag paneer!
- One of the best restaurants in Astoria. Everything I have ordered here has been delicious. Chicken samosas and any of the Kormas are amazing! Great service! Love this place! Highly recommended.
- Arminda Guillama-RodriguezJuly 8, 2014Delicious food, nothing is too heavy - Aloo Chana Paneer is a great choice, any nan (especially cilantro). My favorite takeout but the lunch buffet can't be beat for the price.
- Dan LamSeptember 23, 2013It's very easy to order with your stomach here. Highly recommend the Lamb Rogan Josh, especially since the Prix Fix is only $14. Get it with the mango lassi as well.
- Kevin StappMarch 11, 2018Lamb Korma and Vindaloo! Best Indian spot in Astoria (the best I’ve found in New York so far)
- Masha MurakhovskyJuly 4, 2013The prix fix dinner is an amazing deal, worth getting the app and dessert! The chicken tikka massala was delicious and tender. Great Astoria spot!
- KonstantinMarch 28, 2019Food is delicious. Tikka masala either chicken or vegetable. Samosas are wonderful. Cilantro naan.
- Jennifer GApril 6, 2016Cozy restaurant, that can get crowded due to popularity. Rasmalai for dessert, is a must.
- By far the best Indian in Astoria. Don't miss the sampler platter. Favs include Baigan Bharta and Lamb Saag.
- Melissa PerezApril 23, 2019Definitely the curry and samosas. Careful those samosas as appetizers are mad filling. Their mango lassi is okay
- Katy Stanley (Schwenker)August 24, 2015Amazing Indian food! Chicken ticks masala is awesome! Good price and fast service!
- Julie LJuly 13, 2011Try medium spice before going all the way and wash it down with a cold Kingfisher. The lunch buffet is also a great deal but can be crowded. Not a typical crowd from Queens either - too hip sometimes.
- Sarah YuAugust 8, 2018Absolutely delicious and the lunch special ($8.50) is enough for two people. Check in on yelp for free naan
- Really nice chicken tikka masala, comes with rice but make sure you get some delicious naan too!
- Best dining and take out service. Friendly staff. Delicious apps and entrees. My favorite Indian restaurant in NYC.

- Damon M.August 14, 2014My favorite place to get saag in the city. Also, come on weekends before 3pm for the best AYCE deal!
- $7.50 lunch special: soup + entree, basmati rice. Big enough to share for me & +1. Get chicken tikka masala & die happy :-p
- You can't go wrong with the chicken samosa, masala crab cakes and chicken Korma...The maharaja compliments everything really well
- Went all the way to London to go Punjab where Chicken Tikka Masala was invented—was NOT as good as Seva. Get it "half spicy"
- Jennifer GFebruary 16, 2020What I love most about Seva is its consistency. It’s delicious, and reliable quality Indian food.
- Best in the neighborhood, hands down. Don't miss the pakora
