Weekly Classes
Day & Time: Tuesday, Thursday , at 7 P.M. and Saturday at 1030 A.M. Grappling and Wrestling as well as Gi BJJ.
Kickboxing / Muay Thai
Day & Time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30 a.m and at 7 p.m.
No Gi Grappling (Wrestling and No Gi B.J.J. Mixed Martial Arts)
Time: 8:30 A.M. and 7 P.M. Tuesday and Thursday.
Pee Wees
Day & Time: Mondays Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday 4:30 p.m. Kids ages 3 to 6 or 7 yrs old Our peewees learn grappling, wrestling and striking. Building self defense skills, self- confidence , self -esteem, teamwork , problem solving and discipline.
Kids Teens Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Day & Time: Thursday 5 p.m. All kids 3 yrs old through teens are welcome and encouraged to train in this class.
Boxing
Day & Time: Monday 7 p.m. The fundamentals of Boxing which include movement, defense, range, and Punches.
Mma Sparring
Day & Time: Thursday 8 p.m.
Morning M.M.a.
Day & Time: Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. Varius mixed martial arts classes geared towards the group and what the Coach deems necessary.
Teens / Preteens Mixed Martial Arts
Day & Time: Monday-Thursday 5 p.m. Boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, wrestling and brazilian jiu jitsu.
Co-Ed Fitness Classes / Strength and Conditioning
Day & Time: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m and Saturday 9a.m 830 a.m Saturday team run. A group private. A group private specifically tailored to enhance your fitness level and transform your body. Our program is very beneficial to athletic performance and non athletes alike who want to ramp up their metabolism.

Boxing
Known as the sweet science. Boxing is known for its movement, combinations, and mastery of distance and hands. We have some of the best instructors in south Fl. We are offering a full boxing program, as well as integrate it in a unique way in our MMA program.
Kickboxing
Improve your cardio endurance and strengthen your muscles with our kickboxing class. With the combination of karate and boxing this class is sure to be explosive. You'll be challenged to push yourself further than you thought you could. This is a great class to jumpstart your health!
Mma
Just as the name states mixed martial arts is an art with no boundaries. It is a combination of any and all martial arts used together to make a winning style. It is what we work on all the time. We feel we have a great handle on this sport and with our personal approach to making each student great. As you work with us you will become more complete than ever in your MMA game, thats our goal.
Wrestling
One of the oldest sports ever wrestling is a tough sport and martial art. Wrestling is used for take downs and stopping take downs. Its used for control on the ground and gives the fighter the ability to decide where the fight goes. It is probably the most important element to the sport. We focus heavily on it.
Kids Mma
Focusing in strength and technique building our Kids MMA classes offer children the opportunity to become involved in this incredible sport to help shape them into future professional athletes. Every child will learn proper techniques as well as team skills, and healthy habits.
Jiu-Jitsu
Popularized in the ufc B.J.J is a chess game of elaborate submissions and control. It is in itself a sport for competition, self defense, and a valuable tool in the box in the game of mma. We teach it in Gi traditional and also no gi more geared for mma.
Mma Fitness
MMA Fit is a class we offer to those who range from casual interest who just wants to get ripped, to pro athlete who wants to get in fight shape. The student will burn fat and gain muscle while learning some technique as well. It is a high energy fun class any one can do without contact.
Muay Thai
Is known as the art of eight limbs 2 hands, elbows, knees and feet. It is a very effective Art and one of the core pieces in mixed martial arts. More martial artists around the world have realized its effectiveness and just about every fighter trains it now.
Kid Fit
This program focuses on helping children become active and healthy in a fun team-based environment. Children learn fundamental skills like discipline, team skills, and healthy habits they can carry with them throughout their lives.
Boot Camp
Rock M.M.A. Bootcamp is an exciting class designed to get results. Its a high tempo class that will build lean muscle, increase your cardio, and help your body metabolize fat. We offer early morning classes. You won't be disappointed.
