- ReginaMarch 14, 2015Nice rooms and amenities. Fitness center is well-appointed and changing rooms are clean. You have to pay for WiFi, which is a striking drawback to an otherwise great hotel.Upvoted 2 days ago
- Maureen GJuly 19, 2012Very shallow 3 1/2 foot 2-lane wide 25 yd (maybe meter) lap pool. Nice changing room with showers so if you check out at 11 but your plane or Train doesn't leave till late you can exercise or swim .
- Cole KennedyDecember 28, 2016Looks like a typical beige business hotel on the outside, and guess what, it is! But it's still clean and well designed and perfectly comfortable.
- Marco JimenezMarch 13, 2017Good location. One block to the silver line (airport bus). Friendly staff. You can pick up food on ground level to avoid the room service charge. Food served until 11 pm.
- Michael O.April 7, 2013Paying for wifi is sooo 10 years ago...lots of free places in Boston...I get to Flour for breakfast and use their wifi...the password is their phone #...with the 617 area code...
- nicola foraniOctober 2, 2016Very nice room, comfortable and very kind people of the staff. Nothing to complain!
- CiçaSeptember 8, 2012A very nice place to stay in Boston. Close to the metro station. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay to use wifi. Nice staff!
- Trevis HindsAugust 13, 2013Probably the best hotel in Boston especially considering it's in the waterfront. Love it here. Never had a bad room.
- DHR.comApril 17, 2012Staying here means being just a few minutes away from the Faneuli Hall, the Logan Airport, and the Quincy Market. Needless to say, the location is amazing.

- Heem KOctober 21, 2013Hotel never stops amazing me. Great rooms, service, and there is a Starbucks downstairs.
- Adriana GonzalezSeptember 20, 2015I forgot my new earrings on the night table, came 3 hours later. They where gone from the room. William and Raisa from Front desk should be nicer to guests!
- Allison DeVoeJanuary 3, 2011We had a short stay but it was lovely. Valets were a little lax compared to other Renaissances - kept having to ask what kind of car (the ticket has a number for a reason...)
- Benjamin 🚀February 20, 2016For the money and the brand I expected WAY more ☹️. It's clean but that's about all I can say for this place. They skimp on the pillows, no complimentary water and the room looks bland. Boo! ☹️🇺🇸
- Rooms are spacious and updated. Good location for nearby restaurants.
- Sarah WithAnHAugust 17, 2011My new favorite hotel. So pretty and comfortable, and everyone we dealt with was awesome.
- Great staff and close to great restaurants like Legal Harborside
- Stayed here for Pax-east 2011. Loved it. Will stay here again next year.
- Caitlin GoforthOctober 22, 2010Really gorgeous but some unfeasible amenities. Wifi for one day was almost $20!!!
- I hope you don't get cold because the front desk claims they don't have extra blankets.
- Private lounge on 20th floor. Nice and quiet.
