Purple Kow fresh milk drinks have real milk! Other milk drinks use creamer.
Get grass jelly or brown sugar jelly over tapioca balls! Don't get overweight.
The mango green tea is great & so is the friendly smiles and service!
If the caramel iced milk is too sweet for you, the chocolate one is a good alternative!
Very slow service but delicious drinks. You can call in ahead for faster service and just go up to the counter when picking up a phone order.
Count how many people are in front of you, multiple by 1.5 mins and that's how long it will be before you order. Then add 7 mins to wait for your drink. It's a terrible wait.

unbelievably slow service (even with a short line)... be prepared!

Expect 30 mins to order and another 30 pick up what you ordered.
Drinks are good but takes forever! I waited 23 mins for my drink on a Sunday afternoon.
I've been waiting for more than an hour for just three drinks. Inefficient service. I don't think it's worth the wait.
- Long lines most of the time. Don't expect quick in quick out...
