- Zdravko Har HarJuly 18, 2015Great gym. Have great equipment (even for lifters). The receptionists are always helpful and nice. And relatively cheap($15 a month). Only thing is they changed from 24hour gym to normal hours.
- If you're looking for personal trainers, I recommend Laura, Roger, Chris, or Zack. Laura is my trainer, but I watch the other guys and they seem to give their clients the best sessions for the money.
- The new boot camp class with Eddie is a fabulous workout...if you can handle it!
- As of January 2013, the $10/month members need to bring their own towels. Not a big deal, just a FYI.
- I forgot to mention Bob, he's a heck of a trainer and good guy too!
- Derrick WansomDecember 10, 2012Will charge you exorbitant fees if you change your credit card number. $35 for the first time and $25 each time after that. They'll run your card a few times before even trying to contact you.
- You don't have Fox Sports????REALLY??? My apartment complex does, guess I know where I'll be next month
- Merrie HMay 31, 2013Horrible place! Stinks like BO & is old, dirty, limited equipment & always in disrepair. Be careful of ongoing crime, theft inside & outside in parking lot & an ASSAULT IN THE LOBBY in Dec 2012
- Workouts don't have to be hard, but they must be consistant :-)
- Just saw a guy drying off his junk with the hair dryer. Maybe avoid those...
