If you are nice to the nurses, not rude, and don't act like you are at a hotel - they take extra special care of you! Oh that's a no-brainer for any hospital :)
In mccu (ICU) of you are lucky enough to have Donna as a nurse, she I'd great! As well as the rest of the staff- Say hi to nurse Kathy on the 2nd floor. I can't say enough good about her
