- Gorgeous studio with all the amenities. I prefer this 1000x to cycling. The lights and the beats combined with suggested speeds based on your level help you get the best cardio workout.
- DevontaMarch 12, 2016Clean. New. Refreshing. The MHRC was a pleasant surprise. The environment was easy to run in and the temperature was perfect for running. Will be back. #NikeNYC
- There are taller lockers in the changing rooms and wider lockers and coat hooks around the corner by the men's room. Don't forget to bring a bottle to fill up on Kangen filtered water (no fountains).
- MbaliApril 30, 2015Dash 28 with Andia is awesome and perfect for all levels (you push yourself based on your skill level). Treadmills are padded more than usual and feel really low-impact. Downside - only 2 showers :(
- Love their Distance and Dash 28 classes. The Dash 28 reminds me of a modified Barry's Bootcamp class! Locker rooms are nice and fully stocked, but definitely small. You will wait for a shower.
- PaddyFebruary 4, 2016Small but nice studio space offering running classes of varying degree of difficulty. I did Dash28 and it was a good workout. The instructor is motivating and helps get through tough periods.
- Dash 28 combines treadmill intervals (and technique tips) with strength training (think squats, Kettlebells) inside a beautiful new studio with springboard floors. Andia led a great class!
- Laura is an amazing instructor, class flies by with her. Andia, Hollis and Zach are also kickass with amazing and loud music choices to really pump up your energy.
- Convenient location & great way to get runs in when it's too cold outside and need motivation. Challenge level varies pending on the coach. Locker room is small and crammed.
- Had my first ever runner's high in a treadmill class! Dash 28 is customised to you & works for beginners, joggers & runners.
- The classes are awesome. Motivational instructors, nice shower/locker room. Overall a great class to take any time of the day!
- As someone who thinks running is boring, I unexpectedly enjoyed the High 45 class. Class is very structured and instructors are motivating. Facilities seem very clean.
- Dash 28 class with Luke flew by with good music in a nice facility. Only downside is 2 showers if you're working out before work!
- Rachel MonctonMarch 14, 2015Michael's the Distance class is awesome. There's absolutely nothing better you can do for your running... Or anything better to do Wednesday's at 6 am
- Hefty NYC price tag for running on a treadmill but it's a treat. Top notch facility and amenities
- Great instructors and I always walk away feeling accomplished. A+
- Amy CummingsJuly 19, 2017Definitely my favorite workout in NYC! Dash 28 is a great class, or the Dirty 30 if you are in a rush.
- A little bigger than the original NoHo location, with the same great classes and coaches!
- This new running studio is still working the kinks out but the classes (from foundational running to endurance) are challenging!
- Cool vibe and I like the use of weights at the end of class for a more full body workout.
- Andia's classes are awesome! Cool space and really nice locker rooms/shower area.
- A workout that's sort of a party as well. Airy, clean, fresh, and the class flies by.
- Don't be daunted if you're a beginner-- everything is adjustable
- I run there with Nike Run Club. Really high intensity classes. Stay hydrated!
- Expert coaching on state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills that feel like your running outdoors!
- Distance with Coach Corkum is my favorite! Great workout and race training!
- 3 years in, 200+ classes, 50+ races & 5 half marathons later. Thanks for teaching me how to run! 🏃🏼♀️💪
- Eric HinmanFebruary 4, 2015Into running? This is your mecca. Sign up for the distance class - a one hour treadmill workout with Climbs and Sprints.
- Lindsey FrancesJanuary 3, 2017This is my new favorite studio. I love the dash 28 classes for the Kettlebells
- Amy CummingsJuly 14, 2017Literally so fun. Maybe the first time I've ever had fun working out! Do it.
- Bring your own water or bottle. Buying water is $2.50!
- Just finished 'The Distance'. Amazing class, nice treadmills, great music!
- The treadmill equivalent of soul cycle. Dash 28 with Yusuf is an amazing workout
- There is never hot water for showers but classes are great!
