- AlisonNovember 26, 2012If you have an early flight (6am) from the H terminal, head to the food court between terminals H and J for more food choices at this ungodly hour.
- Terminal E is a ice box. Easily in the lower 60's. We are going south and aren't wearing a lot. Dress warm.
- Arrive early, check-in & security lines are usually long. Expect delays (arriving & departing) and pack necessities in your carry-on, they're known for losing luggage.
- When you need to get to any D gate use the check point at the far end of the American ticket counters. Shorter line.

- Sometimes it's unnecessary to ride the tram in the AA terminal - even if the signage suggests it. Walking is oftentimes faster.

- anticipate extra long security lines....any day or the week.
- The walk to the rental car building is waaaay long. Do yourself a favor and use the moving walkway.
- If you have time, make sure to get food before you go through security. They have very little options and everything is always overpriced. Worst part of all, Gate G area has no alcohol for purchase.
- Protip for designing an airport: Put up a sign, any sign, telling me where the taxis are. Good grief.

- Best tip is to avoid MIA if you can. It is a dysfunctional airport in every imaginable way.
- Concourse G/F are awful. No food options, really low ceilings, it’s hot inside and it smells weird. Come prepared and be patient.
