- Lainie GreenJune 21, 2015This is the most gorgeous food that I had in #Iceland. Traditional Icelandic recipes cooked by a New York chef it was impeccable. The Virginian bartender made an amazing lemonade and Birch snaps.
Modern Icelandic cuisine? Many have tried and none have succeeded, except for this wonderful restaurant. Catch of the day lunch is a steal. Herb soaked cocktails and deconstructed classics.

Never had it before but what an ugly dish but had the theatrics and tasted great. The chef also visits afterwards to give you a “gift” from the head.
