- Bill B.June 7, 2011Hand sliced pastrami, put on rye bread, warm, fresh, and with a generous shmear of brown mustard. And of course, you've gotta have some sour pickles and a cream soda. It is a classic combo.
- HklingFebruary 20, 2019Not sure if there was mustard options but if they had French’s type, it could have beat Schwartz’s in Montreal. Heard a ghetto hack was to just come, sample their deli meats and walk out 😳
- Damian BayonaJuly 10, 2016You could put that brown mustard in a glass and I would drink it 👌. Plenty of seating in the back around from the counters

- NevresNovember 12, 2011Pastrami is a masterpiece. I d suggest swiss cheese to add some other flavor to the sandwich ( it is a tough one to eat, not everyone's stomach can handle this meat) Pickles is a good sidekick.
- Sam MarcusJune 11, 2018hope you have a really good sense of humor when you see that the sandwiches are $25
- First We FeastAugust 3, 2014The 'strami sandwich is the main event, but the brisket and snappy hot dogs are worthy audibles (or additional orders if you're game for a belt-loosening meal). Read more

- Michelin Travel & LifestyleSeptember 22, 2012Katz's has been curing and hand-carving its own pastrami (ask for it moist) since 1888. The pastrami-on-rye is unbelievably filling. - Green Guide Editor
- Lard 🧈 Be-Ghee 🐽November 3, 2017The experience is cool, but it's extremely crowded, the wait is long, the meat is fat (I couldn't finish) and $25 for a sandwich is expensive. It's worth doing at least once I guess, because it's FUN!

- Paco AcevesJanuary 12, 2013I had my first Pastrami on Rye here years ago! It felt like Christmas when my grandpa told me to "go get my own"....I now know why. Greed isn't always a bad thing. Thank you Katz's!
