Delicious + nutritious. Hu would have thought. Hu would have known. Haters gonna hate, it's not expensive if you order wisely (bowls being the best value). Add some heat with Hu's homemade hot sauce.

Hu Kitchen's breakfast bowl is my absolute favorite! Root mash, veggies, and an egg. Yum! I just recommend getting there earlier on in the day. During Lunch/after work hours, it gets super crowded!

One of the workers let me in on an awesome tip: grilled pineapple with cashew cream sauce on top. Also taro pudding so good. Don't go home without an almond butter, puffed quinoa dark chocolate bar.

Paleo cafeteria-style restaurant, excellent dinner options and a lot of diners in post-workout spandex. Get a veggie mash bowl and mushrooms and chicken. Buy a salty chocolate bar to take home.
