Great location!!! Just steps from Times Square & Theather District. Also near subway stations. Really awesome election we made. Will definitely return to this hotel in any future visit!

The hotel and the rooms are simple, but you don't come to new york to enjoy your room! It's great to pass the night and relax. The location it's amazing, 10 steps from Times Square!

Really nice hotel, near everywhere in Manhattan and a less than a block of Tines Square. Good price, nice service, good option.

Great location next to Times Square. The rooms were OK and the beds were hard but it was great for the price. The gym is really nice and everyone that works at the hotel is helpful and friendly.

My third time staying here. You can't beat it for location price and accessibility . The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you want a five star hotel then stay someplace else. I love this hotel!

Very convenient location, very clean. Taff was overall very good. Valet parking was expensive at 65$ per day, but typical for the area. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room and free wifi

Hubby & I came for "reverse honeymoon." Traveled from MIA to NYC for 5-day stay & got married day before coming home. Staff gave nice congrats gift at check-in. Location was awesome. Would come back.

The best localization. But it's all. No wi-fi free, even in the lob, and a old and bad infrastructure. If you plan to stay here, loose most of your time on the streets and come back just to sleep. :)

Great hotel, employees are nice. Room is clean and comfortable. Don't have breakfast though. But, if you are in NY, you don't need it.

Footsteps from Time square, the staff is kind, recently renovated. Small room and bathroom, king size bed and clean!

Be sure to use the doorman for advice and help they know what's up. Bobby has been there for as long as I can remember.

Do not buy the bus tickets to JFK in the concierge , the bus make 5 or even more stops in differents hotels in Manhattan, they dropped us late at the airport, careful take taxi

Nice lobby, clean rooms. The decor hasn't been updated in a while but the rooms are nice and the location is great if you want to be close to Times Square.

The showers are indeed haunted. It's a fun game of ice cold water vs scaulding hot water. Great location!

Showering before 7am or after 12am is the only way to get the water running always on the same temperature! Cell phone signal sucks in lobby, but it gets better as u go higher!

Comfy beds, inexpensive large rooms (by NYC standards) but wi-fi was nonexistent in our room and the free wifi in the lobby was crap.

Amazing location, mediocre everything else. Hotel once had my partner sit in the lobby for 8 hours while I was delayed, despite repeated calls that she was with me.

They have good floors and bad, crappy old ones... Make sure you get a good one! 21 is good, 16 is bad.

They charge you $8 / box online purchased😱its not worthing.... check the CQ hotel opposite to rockefeller center, better hotel, less crowded, not fee for online shopping...
