Yoga
Yoga is about finding awareness of the body, mind & emotions. Yoga is done through the performance of poses or postures w/ specific physical benefits, some of which are done quickly & in succession, & some more slowly to increase stamina & perfect the alignment of the pose. All are done mindfully, w/ a focus on breath & balance. The style varies based on the class, & the practice of the instructor. If you are looking for classes that will help you find balance, clarity & build physical & mental strength, then Harbor Fitness’s yoga program is for you.
Our certified yoga instructor team will give you the individual attention & motivation to ensure that you achieve harmony between mind & body.
All classes are performed in a dimly lit studio designed to create an atmosphere of peace, allowing you to center yourself & achieve your greatest potential. State of the art props such as blocks, straps, stability balls & blankets are available to enhance your yoga experience.

Forrest Yoga Focuses
On breath & movement to clear out stress & release tight spots in the body, w/ an emphasis on core & vinyasa, w/ long held standing postures, build strength quickly.
Rejuvenate & Restore Yoga
Is 90 minute class that combines strong vinyasa w/ relaxing restorative yoga.
Yoga Basics
Is beginner yoga focusing on basic postures, alignment & breathing techniques.
Athletic Yoga
Uses breathing techniques & yoga postures that will help you lengthen overdeveloped areas & strengthen your weak spots for better overall performance & health.
Core Yoga
Will ignite your core power through this challenging yoga class. Illuminate the true source of your strength while building stamina & toning you from the inside out w/ a focus on alignment & breath, alternating fast flowing & sustained postures.
Hatha Yoga
Is a good class for beginners that emphasizes breath & strength.
Vinyasa Yoga
Is a smooth flowing yoga focusing on continuous movement through the postures.
Vigorous Vinyasa Yoga is a stronger class w/ a more challenging approach to performing postures.
