- It's not hard to leave the doors open to the tanning bed rooms. If I wanted to go in the sauna I would do that. You can't even breathe while tanning!
- Zumba on wed night @ 7:30pm is so much fun and a great workout! Love the instructor.
- No level of volume on the iPod will drown out the annoying club/pop music they crank on the 2nd floor!
- Love body combat tues mornings at 9:30. Body attack thurs at 9:30 and body pump fri morn at 9:30. Great workout for the week!
