- Love the set up. Rope work is available and plenty of heavy weights
- Watch your feet in the free weights area; dumbbell droppers are everywhere. It's annoying, dangerous and destroys the equipment. I really wish the gym would do more to discourage it.
- Going around 6:30 it is tough to find a place to park. Mid afternoon and late night the gym is empty,
- Anytime is a good time to go, love the fact they are never over crowded :)
- Classes are the best. Try BodyPump, BodyStep, and BodyAttack for great total body workouts!
- The staff is wonderful. Melissa is a great Pilates instructor
- Great, friendly staff!!! Love Zumba and the new treadmills!!!
- 10 minutes of cardio before lifting will really burn off the fat.
