- Don RobinSeptember 9, 2016We really enjoyed the aquarium for the Dragon Con event. Highly recommended!
- I'm a wedding and event photographer. We photographed a wedding. Most remarkable experience, EVER!
- Raymond PSeptember 3, 2012Make sure to get your separate ticket to the dolphin show as early as possible from Guest Information. They were gone 1.5 hours before the show we tried to see.
- Aerial PayneNovember 14, 2016Love the whale sharks! Magnificent! And they're opening a new sea lion exhibit!
- KaraFebruary 1, 2014By far, the nicest aquarium we have ever experienced and the dolphin show is over the top!
- Take you're time. It may be crowded in some areas but don't worry the dolphin shows will thin the crowds.
- Smithsonian ChannelJune 23, 2011With over 8 million gallons of water in its tanks, Guinness World Records awarded this Smithsonian Affiliate the title of world’s largest aquarium in 2010. (From Aerial America) Read more
- M TAugust 12, 2014The dolphin show was challenging for our 1.5 year old - loud, flashing lights, and too long. So sit somewhere with easy access to exits. At least you can sit awhile and no extra charge!
- President RiddleSeptember 12, 2011Wonderful Place. $70/person/day or $300/family/year of three. Great for the family, Dinner, Movies, Excitement, petting tanks. Worth the money. Definately.
- Keaton HanrahanMay 21, 2016Their system was down and not sending out the email confirmation with the barcode. Instead of making 30 paying customers wait, a lady came and out and took care of us. Nice job Georgia Aquarium 🐠🐳🐋
- Ashley HammermanMarch 7, 2019It is beautiful but everything from the initial cost to get in to the prices in the gift shop are so high that the average family would not be able to afford it.
- Bill BresnahanOctober 13, 2015The whale sharks are worth the price of admission. Make sure and catch a feeding show.
- Paul HJuly 1, 2012Sea Otter cashier chick at the cafe (1:44pm today) was a total bitch to everyone. Time for a new "career" perhaps? Pizza is crap. The Aquarium is very nice though!
- Samantha WatsonMarch 31, 2019My FAVORITE place downtwon! Definatly see the dolphin show and sea lion shows!
- Travel + LeisureMay 29, 2012A great value is the Premium Day Pass, which includes admission to all five galleries and the "4D" movie theater. Read more
- Carleton CoffrinMarch 2, 2014The deep monsters exhibit is one of a kind. BTS tour is worth the money and time!
- April MooneyMay 20, 2013It was a pretty good time. I would recommend it. Not too expensive, either. Except the food, I would suggest bringing your own!
- Vin Serio 🗿November 8, 2013Just about to check out the Georgia Aquarium and those who know me know I'm not cheap but $35 per person $70 for two adults to see fish? Really ??
- Harumi USeptember 10, 2014I have been to a bigger aquarium but being able to walk under the fish tank is always fun
- Kevin GoodmanDecember 28, 2011Use the flashlight app on your phone to entertain the penguins. Turn on the light and put it against the glass when they are swimming. They will follow it as you move.
- Daniel SligarJuly 2, 2013Don't bother coming in the summer or on weekends... way crowded & shows might be booked solid. **Get advance tickets to avoid 30-45 min additional wait.**
- Chris BaileyMarch 22, 2015People, put down your cameras, iPhones, and iPads and just observe. Your incessant picture taking and selfies are annoying.
- Diana Ramirez Montes de OcaSeptember 15, 2017Everything... check the shows hours before, so you can see them.
- James OsborneAugust 17, 2013Definitely for kids of all age and awesome for date night(something different).
- Tim SheaDecember 28, 2018Hard to tell. It was so crowded you couldn’t see anything. Dangerously crowded in my opinion. We bolted after half an hour to walk in the park outside and get some fresh air.
- Arun BalakrishnanJune 4, 2013Go to the World of Coke 1st, then your coke ticket gets you $2 off admission plus free ticket to Dolphin Tales show at the aquarium!!!
- Graham StrotherDecember 28, 2013Cool place, but tarnished by poor floorplans and ZERO concept of effective crowd control. An exhibit exits right into the hallway for the ONLY bathrooms in the main space!
- Occupy My Family ATLSeptember 4, 2013Kids get FREE admission on Saturday, September 7 when they arrive dressed up for Pirate & Princess Day! Restrictions apply. Details here: http://wp.me/p1t9ft-dDe
- Michael NahoomJanuary 24, 2013Take your time going through all the exhibits and if you bring your kids slow them down and enjoy the day.
- The best place to view the Whale Shark feedings is from the middle of the tunnel...you'll see them being fed directly above your head
- Vanessa MartosJanuary 30, 2013The dolphin show is the best we've to. We have been to many including sea world.
- John MaddenApril 25, 2022It’s the biggest in the country. Lots of great exhibits here. Won’t disappoint.
- Jay LoseMarch 18, 2014No weapons allowed, they do a check with the magic wand. Don't miss the dolphin show.
- Buy your tickets ahead of time. If you've got the time, buy the Pemberton Place Pass so you can see both World of Coke & Aquarium - and bypass the long lines! Otters are my fave!
- Zubin MehtaMay 19, 2011Show up 1 hour before close. You'll get the pro-rated entrance fee ($13 for us), lines are non-existent and you'll have plenty of time to see everything.
