- Angelica DelgadoAugust 18, 2013Great equipment and classes. However the yoga studio is way too small... It's definitely hot yoga here and it's almost like a closet. Come early to class to secure a spot. Not my favorite yoga studio
- Basement weightlifting area is usually not crowded. Has squat rack and incline, decline, and flat benches. Cable lat and row machines are better upstairs. Serviceable for routine weight workouts.
- Super big space and really nice locker rooms. All the different types of machines are in separate rooms.
- I have a girl crush on Rachel, take any of her classes will pump you up! Especially pound! Also antigravity yoga is amazing!
- Just another gym pulling their same scams. Spams your inbox every day with bogus deals and hits you with multiple fees. $300 joining fee?! 😂 NOPE. This is their “join for free” deal. 😒😂
- Omari AllenJune 10, 2017Has the most amenities of any of the Crunch locations I've been too in NYC, but the equipment rooms are a bit too crowded for a comfortable workout.
- I love this Crunch....much better service and classes than the Y or NYSC. Take any Classes by Carl, Reign, and Rosa. Theyll kick your ass into gear.

- Carl Hall and Reign will kick your ass in spin class. Only go if you're ok with verbal abuse and instructors getting in your face about pushing yourself. them
- Take the Anti-Gravity Wings Yoga class! This is a Crunch exclusive class so you will not find it anywhere else. You actually get to do some poses that felt once impossible!

- The worst thing about this place used to be all the bullshit fees they include when you “sign up for free”, but now it appears to be how little they care about customers. They don’t even respond.
- Bring headphones- they play the most banal pop radio hits non stop.
- Spinning keeps my knees aligned, kicks my ass. Any other class with Rachel W. is too fun for words.

- There just aren't enough lockers here, especially since no one seems to heed the "These are not your permanent lockers" rule and just leaves their things overnight.
