- Great service... concierge ans reception cannot do enough to help you out. Rooms only missing tea making facilities. Great for business stay-free wifi everywhere. I stayed a week and no complaints.
- James FeldmanMay 1, 2014The hotel provided a reception after the MPI meeting yesterday. The savories were exceptional. I will be back to purchase some and inquire as to offering meeting events at this location.
- Chris MooreMarch 7, 2019This is a good location just north of the river and close to the redline. Not a bad walk from State and Lake either. It's usually very reasonably priced.
- Susan KingMay 29, 2014Easy walk from Clark/Lake stop on the CTA blue line (no transfers from ORD)! Lots of good options close by! Same bellman as when I was here 2 years ago...
- Michael DorseyAugust 3, 2016Clean and conveniently located a few blocks from the river. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Red Line access only two blocks away.
- Apparently there's a firehouse nearby. While I love a hot fireman the sirens will keep you up all night. Better if a fireman kept you up all night!
- Tamara ColemanMarch 28, 2013Love the Starbucks..walking distance for restaurants, movies, and shopping..Very helpful staff!!
- F IJuly 21, 2013First time experience being asked for my company card/id, after mamy years of traveling. Room decent, basic. Internet? I dont want to go there.
- Sash サーシャJuly 26, 2013swimming pool, gym & terrace on the 6th floor are the only things worth in this hotel. The rest - S.U.C.K
- Mary KayeDecember 9, 2011Thinnest walls I've ever encountered in a hotel. Request higher level on inside to avoid hearing all happenings outside all night. You'll still hear your neighbor
- Steve KMay 29, 2011Great location, walk anywhere, horrible slow internet, no wifi except in lobby, and maybe it's just because of the long weekend but I have never had so many screeching children in a hallway before
- One of the softest beds I've slept in. Also microwave available by request!!
- Beds are tiny, so get the biggest bed possible if you plan on sharing.
- Cory BennettAugust 29, 2012The wifi is painfully slow. You're better off creating a hotspot with your phone and using that connection.
- AmberJuly 20, 2011Proper Hotel (Motel/Holiday Inn) Etiquette: Don't allow your children to run screaming through the halls. That is all.
- This hotel does NOT have room service. Also, the Starbucks that was once in the lobby is gone.
- Internet slow, TV fuzzy. But rooms are really comfortable and hotel is well located.
- The Internet connectivity is indeed slow, but the wakeup calls have been reliable.
- Emily CohenAugust 19, 2011Don't come for business. The Internet is slow and there is no wireless!!! TV is fuzzy. Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean.
- No free breakfast but awesome location. Verizon service sucks here
- Very slow internet, comfortable beds, centrally located, area is a bit dicy though.
- Internet is broken, TV is fuzzy and the toilet seat won't stay up. Oh....and valet parking is $48 daily. Avoid this place!
- Lynn EastepJanuary 21, 2010I don't recommend this hotel for business travellers. They don't have WiFi, they forgot to make a wakeup call and the TV was broken.
