- Rose DonaldJune 23, 2014Nothing short of amazing. Great food, great atmosphere, and great staff. Everyone was professional and generous. Our waitress made sure we were in a very comfortable environment. Definitely going back!
- Everything is pretty good!! Very authentic. Try spicy crispy chicken. It's a must! Those who can't eat spicy dishes please be careful. Sichuan style is spicy in nature.
- Paul CunninghamJuly 5, 2018Mapo tofu was on point. Cumin lamb was tasty but could have used more lamb. Pork dumplings were great. Excellent meal plus entertaining tea pouring acrobatics.
- MelvynMarch 5, 2022Order the Pan fried noodles, prawns with walnuts and the Szechuan Chili Pepper with pork. Prawns are large and the coating crunchy. You can request to make the Szechuan dish to be medium or mild.
- Explosive chili peppers with chicken is great. Rather than chopped wings, they use boned chicken. Had a garlic encrusted crab. Delightful and fresh. Szechuan green beans were fresh. Not overly hot.
- LanDecember 29, 2014My new favorite is the wonton with spicy peanut sauce. Get this and the house cold noodle for sure!
- It's the same owner who owns Z&Y. Food is great for sure, a little bit pricy.
- If you like chicken with explosive chilies, try out the hot and spicy pork trotter.
- Lane RettigSeptember 15, 2013Pretty authentic. The shuizhuyu (signature spicy fish) was excellent, tender and spicy but not overwhelming. Had to wait about 15 mins for party of two on Saturday at 7.
- Pan fried leek turnovers are amazing pockets of crispy and molten tastiness with leek, egg and noodles inside. Love the numbing spicy beef tendon, too!
- LanJanuary 5, 2014The dong po pork is giant slabs of saucy, spicy pork belly. Must order this and cold noodles!
- JennyNovember 30, 2014Pretty authentic. The fish was delicious, but I can't say if it was more delicious than the other szechuan places on my radar
- Andrew ArmstrongMarch 4, 2017Best Peking Duck in San Francisco! The Beijing-style dim sum is different, and really good too!
- Spicy in spicy out! Get the cold noodles, smoked duck, twice cooked pork, dry fried green beans!
- Tim HainesDecember 21, 2019Everything is good! The wonton soup is particularly good, light and refreshing.
- Agatha YuDecember 16, 2014Good pickled mustard green fish soup. Their beef pancake roll is a must get!!
- Anton ShusterJune 27, 2013Twice-cooked pork, cold fish fillet, and Shanghai-style chicken are on San Francisco Magazine's Best of the Bay 2013.
- Pacific UnionFebruary 4, 2013Had the dan-dan noodles on Christmas Day and am still dreaming of them. Spicy and delicious.
- Lears FoolSeptember 4, 2015Normally green onion pancakes bore me. This place has delicious ones, great crispy texture
- Wesley GibsonDecember 23, 2013Had a dinner here recently, I can say this place is perfect for any couple, want to make their moments memorable.
- Megha PatelDecember 30, 2013Very hard to order esp when waitress doesn't speak English very well. Order 5items and only 2were decent. The spicy wonton in peanut sauce was the best thing we ordered.
- Elizabeth JamesJanuary 3, 2014Explosive Chili Pepper Chicken is amazing! Very unique and wonderful presentation.
- Try the garlic prawns. Encrusted in roasted fried garlic. Crab can be done this way too.
- Brian LApril 28, 2015Decent dumplings, nicely spicy dishes. Wish the beef was a little higher quality, but would try again.
- Garlic crusted prawns were outstanding! Juicy and garlicky.
- Guillaume R.March 2, 2013Not very impressed. They're trying but it's nowhere near the taste and quality of Sichuan Home on Geary.
