- Kelly BoneDecember 21, 2013Classic interiors and a surprising selection of vegetarian options! Limited vegan options as well.
- The best in most areas....but I'm a huge, huge fan of the bakery. For a warm, embracing experience, go to Canter's. But for a pastrami sandwich, go to Langer's.
- Kevin MarousekMarch 10, 2013I always order the corned beef and pastrami on rye with a kosher pickle on the side. Add a chocolate egg cream or a Newcastle to drink. Any baked good for dessert. Thank me later.
- Offbeat L.A.January 28, 2016Authentic 1950s-designed Jewish deli that originally opened in Boyle Heights in 1931. Moved to its current location in 1953.

- Without a doubt the best matzo ball soup anywhere. For variety, also try the MishMosh!
- Dana Volkmer-JonesOctober 15, 2011Can never go wrong with Hot Corned Beef on Rye. However you CAN go wrong with Thanksgiving Dinner "everyday" - and the vile coffee - which tastes as if they've never changed out the grounds...
