Saturday, may 23, 2020; 5:30 pm 6:45 pm. During this 75 minute fascia release™ workshop, both partners will learn to better massage and mobilize their partner as well as receive. We will playfully discuss technique and learn a few easy routines focusing on tight shoulders, low back, and feet to encourage consistent, mutual, self-care at home. All friends, roommates, lovers and loved ones are welcome. One sign-up per duo. A zoom link will be emailed from dibs 10 minutes before the workshop begins.

Virtual 30 Min. Cardio Fun
Little known fact, Cadence began her fitness teaching at 18 years old teaching cardio kickboxing at an independent gym in Massachusetts... She will draw on that ancient skill and her current knowledge to lead a fun, easy to follow cardio class. We'll get our blood flowing, abate our anxiety and do some old school cardio good for our cooped up bodies. Needed: Bare feet or sneakers and a floor you won't slip on. Virtual 30 Min. Restorative Pilates
30 minutes of easeful movement designed to unkink backs, open hips, and support abdominals. Needed: mat A Zoom link will be emailed to you from Dibs 10 minutes before class begins.
Virtual 30 Min. Fascia Release: Flexibility and Pain Relief
Bring your aches, pains, and asymmetries. During this class, we will play withfoam rollers, deep stretches, and straps to open and release areas of chronic tension as well as develop routines for you to continue to use at home to increase your comfort and mobility. Appropriate for all levels. You will need a foam roller. A Zoom link will be emailed to you from Dibs 10 minutes before class starts.
Virtual 15 Min. of Feet
Immediately following 30-minute movement on Friday is 15 minutes of feet! Take them together for the ultimate rejuvenation. 15 minutes of foot ball work, foot strength, and foot flexibility. Working your feet has proven connection to loosening tension in the jaw and pelvic floor as well as helping ease back, hip, and knee pain. Feet are amazing! Get to know what yours can do for you. A Zoom link will be emailed to you from Dibs 10 minutes before class starts.

Virtual Pilates for All Over the World!
Based on our open-level Pilates for All class, but virtual! Bring your mat to your screen, grab a few canned goods to use as weights and a block or similar object. We'll anchor ourselves in our bodies and finish off our at-home workday with some larger movement and mobility re-centering ourselves the Pilates way. You will be emailed a Zoom link 10 minutes before the class begins. If your roommate or partner joins, we strongly suggest that they sign up as well so the instructor will be paid fairly and can teach effectively.
Virtual Strength & Contrology
Strength & Contrology is our signature class that brings your fitness to a creative new level with complex body weight, mobility and challenging core movement. We use the floor, props and kettlebells to create strong muscles, body awareness, flexibility and proper alignment. It's a challenging workout but open to all. A Zoom link will be emailed 10 minutes before the class begins.

In 30 minutes we'll start standing and work our way down to the mat in this all fitness levels circulation making, Pilates-based movement class designed to de-chair your body, clear your head and refocus your nervous system.
