Clean, new and well designed apartments. Management is good and maintenance requests are handled promptly. If you get the right corner apts, views are great. Right on bus routes and prime location.
Ok place but can be VERY LOUD - right across from the Redmond fire department, do expect roaring fire truck an ambulance sirens day and night. Also next to bus line which runs most of the day
