What a great hotel - amazing service and rooms. Get to know your fellow guests with free wine 5-6 p.m. Convenient for the F-line historic streetcar. Hire bikes next-door and cycle the bridge.Upvoted Sep 1

The concierge always has really good recommendations and the staff is very friendly. Try the Blue Mermaid next door!

Great location along the Bay & close to Embarcadero.

We loved our stay here. Keep in mind that the only view the inner (even #) rooms offer is the courtyard which is basically a cream colored cement box.

Now it's just, meh. Good location for tourists, but not much else. Hell to find a taxi or uber in the morning.
