U can find viewpoint on 5th floor, that doesn't marked on tourist's city map. Just 1€ entrance or free if u take smt in cafe. Смотровая площадка на 5 эт. (1€ или бесплатно если сделать заказ в кафе).

Ezgi M.January 19, 2014Las vistas en la terraza hacia museo nacional de artes son espectaculares. Teneis 5-6 restaurantes de cadenas conocidas. En general son caros. Aunque sea para subir y ver las vistas, merece la pena.
