Avoid the bikes in the back row if you're tall as its almost impossible to do positions that require you to be behind the bike due to the bike being so close to the pool edge. Tori is tough but good!

You will exercise and meditate at the same time! It’s wonderful! The pool is always in the right temperature and the ambiance is beautiful! I love it! 🐠🐟

TriBeCa really does have all of the fitness essentials... first one of our favorite SoulCycle locations and now aqua-spinning! You have got to try this phenomenon.

Highly recommend taking a class with Emma. She pushes you in the right way, just did their @aquastudiony's first men's class and I plan on coming back.

It's as good a workout as soulcycle but your waist is underwater so when you sweat you take a dip in the cool water around you. This ain't yo' granny's water aerobics. Women only for now. Sorry dude.

Don't forget to bring a plastic bag for your wet suit! (Although they're very nice and will provide one if you forget)

For high energy try Luke's class, but Ava will have you doing full on crunches from your seat. Both awesome workouts!

I've tried different instructors (not all) and so far Ava has succeeded in kicking my ass. If you're looking for a challenge, try her class.

Take note of when your class packages expire, as they do not send email reminders like other high-end fitness studios.

Don't wear a swimsuit with strings or it will drive you crazy the entire class.
