In addition to the above skills, a Master Trainer has specialized training in any of the following areas: injury prevention, pre- and post-natal fitness, sport-specific training, and regimens for specific health conditions.

BHAC offers innovative group programs. These include classes ranging from yoga to bootcamp to spinning and much more in between. All classes are included in every membership and BHAC encourages all their members to take advantage of all the great programs we have to offer to help them obtain and exceed their health and fitness goals! Each class is taught by nationally certified instructors.

At the Combat Sports International Training Facility, there will be classes available to all members with varied skill levels and beginners are encouraged to participate. Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission wrestling and Strength and Conditioning are just some of that classesthat will be offered. Women's only classes will be offered in the future. All classes are taught by expert trainers in the field.
