If you decide to have a lunch close to Big Ben it's definitely worth drop in to Zen China to have dumplings and Dum Sum. Have a great time!;)

Great duck and they happily honoured the free glass of wine for 1st checkin. This along with 30% top table discount meant great food and great value. Recommend.
